Three Tidbits — Terms & Conditions Last updated: March 29, 2026

What is Three Tidbits?

Three Tidbits is a community storytelling project. We collect perspectives, insights, and experiences from people of all walks of life — and share them to help the world understand itself a little better. These terms explain how that works and what you can expect from us.

Your content belongs to you

When you share your tidbits with us — whether through the website, a form, a conversation, or an interview — you keep full ownership of what you've shared. We're not taking anything away from you.

What you are giving us is permission to share it. Specifically, by submitting your tidbits, you give Three Tidbits LLC the right to publish, edit for clarity and brevity, and use your content across our platforms, publications (including any future books), and marketing. We'll always do our best to honor the spirit of what you meant to say.

If you'd like us to remove your content, just let us know in writing and we'll make every effort to do so. The one exception is content that's already been printed in a physical publication — that's difficult (and expensive) to reverse, so we can't guarantee removal in those cases.

Your name and submission

If you share a submission you give us permission to use your name and profession, we may use those alongside your tidbits in our content and promotions. If you're not comfortable with that, just tell us — we're happy to keep you anonymous, use a pseudonym,  or limit how we use your information.

Your privacy

We will never sell your contact information or personal data to advertisers. Full stop. We'll only use your contact info to follow up with you about your submission or keep you in the loop on Three Tidbits news. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

No compensation

Three Tidbits is free to use and contribute to, and we don't offer payment for submissions. By sharing with us, you're contributing to something bigger — a project built on collective human perspective. We're grateful for that.

The fine print (kept short)

  • This site is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can't guarantee it'll always be perfect or error-free.
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
  • Any disputes will be handled under Colorado law, in Denver or Adams County courts.
  • These terms represent our full agreement. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • We love feedback — feel free to share it. We may use suggestions to improve the project without any obligation.
